About

Salisbury Medieval Hall is the ‘Great Hall’ of the original 13th century Deanery of Salisbury Cathedral.

The Hall was then restored in 1963.

In 1983, the building passed into our hands and has been an iconic and respected venue for public and private events ever since.

Whilst honouring the hall's rich history we recognised the need to move with the times, so in 2020 we installed a suite of technology to support live streaming capability.

We are a truly unique event space - where history meets contemporary.

My sister held her wedding here. Was a lovely location within the cathedral grounds. John, the main person that runs the hall was great and was there to answer any questions. The day went sMoothly without a hitch.

We are a small family team, passionate about providing you with a truly memorable experience in a beautiful and historic place. We have managed thousands of events over the last 40 years, including music concerts, theatre, comedy nights, corporate events and talks.

As well as hosting events, we can also support with event organisation, helping you to create intimate live performances with a worldwide reach.
